Faradieba Petersen is a senior paralegal in the Conveyancing Department, bringing 40 years of invaluable experience gained from her tenure at prominent large law firms such as Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs, C & A Friedlander and Bernadt Vukic Potash & Getz.
Her career is marked by her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of conveyancing intricacies, making her an asset in handling complex legal transactions. She has a wealth of experience in Sectional Title Developments, City of Cape Town transfers, Section 16 Endorsements in respect of the City of Cape Town properties, drafting Applications in terms of Section 31(1) in respect of properties vesting in the City of Cape Town due to its status as a public place, subdivision of properties as well as consolidations.
She is also well versed in various ad-hoc conveyancing matters such as notarial agreements (cessions and servitudes), township establishments and transfers from a General Plan. Faradieba has attended various courses to enhance her knowledge in Conveyancing and continues to do so.
Outside the office, Faradieba thrives in the company of like-minded friends bonding over events such as conquering the 13 Peaks Mountain Challenge, completing the gruelling 56km Whale Trail and completing 9 Two Oceans Half Marathons.
