Jade joined the DML litigation department in 2025. Known for her thorough research skills, attention to detail, and strategic approach, Jade is passionate about upholding the rule of law and delivering clear, practical legal solutions.
Background
Jade obtained her LLB from the University of the Western Cape in 2021 having been on the Dean’s merit list. She completed her articles at Schuld Incorporated Attorneys where she gained experience in litigation. Jade gained further litigation experience at Bradley Conradie Halton Cheadle as an Associate and has developed a strong foundation in both litigation and forensic legal practice, with experience in civil and commercial litigation, labour law, family law, evictions and forensic investigations.
She has experience litigating in the High Court and Magistrates’ Courts and has appeared in the Regional and District Court for several litigious matters.
Jade’s experience in forensic work has included being involved in numerous investigations into fraud, corruption, and regulatory breaches and working closely with agencies such as the SIU, HAWKS, and NPA. Through forensic practice she is able to process huge volumes of data.
She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in April 2024.
Outside of work, Jade is a dedicated dog mom and enjoys spending time outdoors and in nature.
