Kristen Hare joined DML in November 2024 as a Junior Associate in our Litigation and Corp Com departments.
She finds fulfilment in navigating complex legal challenges and is committed to delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
Background
Kristen obtained both her LLB and LLM (Labour Law) degrees from the University of Cape Town. She completed her articles in 2022 with law firm Bradley Conradie Halton Cheadle, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2023.
Kristen has established a strong foundation in representing a diverse range of clients, including corporates, universities, and municipal entities, in disputes across various forums such as the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, and Labour Courts. She has also gained valuable experience in High Court litigation, where she has been involved in a variety of matters, further strengthening her litigation skills and expanding her practice.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys being surrounded by greenery and spending quality time with family and friends.
