Megan joined DML in 2019 and is an Associate in our Litigation pillar.
She provides innovative and effective solutions to complex legal issues, which are tailored for each individual client. She is an avid reader who is constantly advancing her knowledge and expertise and ensures that she keeps abreast of legal developments in her field as well as any new and fresh solutions to offer her clients in various and diverse disputes.
Since graduating from Stellenbosch University in 2016, Megan has gained a wealth of experience advising both local and international clients on a wide range of legal issues including: competition law and anti-competitive behaviour, contractual and commercial disputes involving directors and / or shareholders, e-commerce and consumer rights including ECTA and CPA issues, construction law with specialised knowledge of NEC and FIDIC construction contracts, property disputes involving sellers or purchasers, insolvency law with specific knowledge of liquidations and winding up processes, as well as labour disputes specifically pertaining to restraints of trade.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys various outdoor adventures.
