Megan Scott is an Associate at Dingley Marshall Lewin who specialises in civil litigation, involving various aspects of commercial and non-commercial disputes.

Career:

Megan obtained her LLB degree from Stellenbosch University and subsequently completed the full-time practical legal training course at UCT. She completed her articles in the commercial litigation department at Guthrie Colananni Attorneys.

After she was admitted as an attorney in 2018, she travelled around the UK and Ireland, and returned to SA to work as a legal consultant for various entities. She joined our litigation department in 2019 and has gained experience working and advising on a wide range of matters, including disputes involving commercial and non-commercial agreements, property and labour disputes, e-commerce and consumer rights, company and insolvency law.

Megan also drafts commercial contracts, service level and employment agreements, website terms and conditions, and has advised on NEC Engineering and Construction Contracts and FICIC Construction Contracts.
