Ethan Corner
Associate, Litigation and Commercial
Ethan is an Associate in both our Litigation and Corporate Commercial departments.
Ethan has experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation. Known for a strategic mindset and attention to detail, Ethan guides individuals and organisations through every stage of the litigation process. His practice covers a broad range of disputes, including contractual claims, commercial disputes, insolvency and labour matters.
He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution. He has helped clients achieve efficient and cost-effective outcomes by way of conciliation, mediation, arbitration and adjudication in various forums.
Background
Ethan Joined DML in 2025. He obtained both his LLB and Bachelor of Administration in International Relations degrees from the University of Pretoria. He completed his Practical Vocational Training at a respected firm in Cape Town, where he continued to hold a position as an Associate in the general litigation department.
When not in the office, Ethan spends most of his time training for his next marathon or exploring Cape Town’s hiking trails.
