Her work experience includes mergers and acquisitions, company set-up, company, business, property and transaction structuring and agreements, joint ventures, contract negotiation, drafting and due diligences.
Shelley was previously a director at ENSafrica in its Corporate Commercial department and has been recognised as a leading lawyer by the reputable rating agency Best Lawyers in Mergers and Acquisitions (South Africa). She has also twice received Lawyer of the year in Real Estate from Best Lawyers.
