Petula Coleman
Senior paralegal
Petula Coleman is a senior paralegal in the Conveyancing Department, bringing over 20 years of invaluable experience gained from her tenures at prominent Cape Town law firms such as Bowman Gillfillan, Herold Gie and C&A Friedlander.
She started her conveyancing career in 2000 where she focused on property transfers and bonds. Petula has done conveyancing work for developments such as Domain Des Ange, Plattner Golf and Plettenberg Bay. In more recent years, transfers have taken up much of Petula’s time.
Petula is meticulous, pays attention to detail, has a flair for figures and has a deep understanding of conveyancing intricacies which makes her an asset to DML when it comes to handling complex legal transactions.
Being a people’s person, Petula gets along well with clients, agents and correspondents and has a friendly personality as well as being a good communicator.
Outside of work, Petula has a strong Christian faith, is mum to a young adult, daughter to ageing parents and loves spending time with her young kitten.
